Introducing our Custom Design and Carving Name Seal service, where Henry Li, a renowned seal artist based in the USA, will personally create an exquisite seal for you. With a focus on authenticity and precision, Henry Li's designs have been featured on YouTube and have garnered praise from clients worldwide.
This service includes the following:
Authentic Chinese Name or Mood Seal: Henry Li will create an authentic Chinese name for you based on the sound of your English name, carefully selecting Chinese characters with positive meanings. Additionally, he can create a mood seal or even incorporate images into the design. Please note that if you require both image and words in one seal, the cost will be double.
Classical Seal Script Design: Henry Li will design your name chop or mood chop using classical seal scripts. Before carving the design onto the stone, you will have the opportunity to preview the digital seal designs, ensuring there are no surprises. Please be aware that due to the nature of stone seals, other handwriting styles such as standard, cursive, or semi-cursive cannot be used unless it is a single character seal. Round-shaped seals will not be designed upon request, as they are highly restricted. Traditional name seals are typically square-shaped.
Custom Design Ideas: If you have your own design ideas with specific images or icons, please contact us in advance. You can find Henry's personal email address on our Contact Us page to send your design for pre-approval.
Hand-Carved Stone: Henry Li will meticulously hand-carve the design onto a stone of your choice. Please note that the stone is not included in the price. You can select any stone available in our store or send your own seal stone for re-carving.
Workflow:
In most cases, your seal will be shipped within 7 days after receiving your order. If you have an urgent need, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Step One: Place your order for the stone, carving service, and optional red ink pad. Provide the necessary information, such as your name or desired phrase to be translated. You can use online resources like http://www.mandarintools.com/chinesename.html, http://www.chinesenames.org/, or http://www.chine-nouvelle.com/ for Chinese name translation.
Step Two: Henry Li will communicate with you regarding the seal's content, including the Chinese translation. He will then create a couple of designs rendered in Yin (negative) and/or Yang (positive) styles. You will have the opportunity to review and approve the preview design.
Step Three: Once you approve the design, Henry Li will proceed to hand-carve the stone seal within 1-2 days. Your finished seal will be carefully packaged and shipped to you.
