Our BHA brand offers a range of piston-filler water brushes and pens, specially designed for sumi-e and watercolor journaling. These versatile tools can be filled with sumi ink, water, or liquid watercolor, making them perfect for various artistic applications. They are also compatible with half pans, watercolor pencils, soluble crayons, and pastels. It springs back to a sharp point and is perfect for drawing veins on leaves and calyx of flowers. In Chinese brush painting, it is known as the "Leaf Vein" Brush.

4. SM White Cloud Sheep Hair Soft Brush (B20): Made with 100% natural sheep hair, this soft brush is highly useful for creating washes using side brush strokes. 5. LG Bamboo and Orchid Wolf Hair Stiff Brush (B30): This classic stiff hair brush features a blend of 90% weasel hair and 10% rabbit hair (for improved moisture retention). As its name suggests, it is well-suited for painting traditional subject matters like bamboo and orchids.

6. SM Bamboo and Orchid Wolf Hair Stiff Brush (C10): Similar to the LG version, this classic stiff hair brush is made of a blend of 90% weasel hair and 10% rabbit hair. It excels in painting classical subjects such as bamboo and orchids.

7. A Long-Handled Goat & Wolf Combination Hair Water Brush (C20): This brush is made with 100% natural sheep hair and is particularly useful for large-scale washes using side brush strokes. In Chinese, it is also known as the Baiyun or "white-cloud" brush, suitable for painting flower petals, bird feathers, and other expansive color washes.
